Grape Varieties:

The selection of base wines is made among the
different grape varieties and depending on the
vintage characteristics in order to obtain the desired
style. The grape varieties that can be used in variable
proportions are: Gamay noir a jus blanc, Airen and Merlot

Winemaking:

Natural fermentation in the vat. Aged for a minimum
of 3 months.

Tasting notes:

Pale pink color. Fresh and fruity nose with
little red fruit aromas. Appealing and seductive
on the palate.

Aditional information:

Alcohol: 11.5% vol. – Residual sugar: 12 g/l.
Sparkling Wine produced in France

Serving Temperature:

Between 6°C and 8°C.
