Cultural Methods : Trimmed in the double Guyot
style. De-budding, manual trimming of the leaves
and excess grapes in order to limit the yield.
“Lutte Raisonnée” (Sustainable Agriculture) philosphy,
which means that the amount of chemical
interventions is limited to the
maximum. Natural grassing between the rows.
Yield : 45 hectoliters / hectare depending on vintage
Vini cation : Selection of 3 types of grapes : fresh
fruits, mature fruits, over-ripe grapes… depending on
the vintage the estate use more or
less of the three types of grapes in order to the
blend to respect the vintage style.
Ageing : 8 to 10 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting : The wine delivers a very attractive red ruby
rim, with an appealing nose of fresh red fruits such
as strawberries, cherries and
brambles. On the palate, the wine is soft but very
well structured, enhancing the fruit flavours on the
palate. The finish is very
fresh making of this wine an easy drinking bottle that
can be enjoyed along with food but by itself also.
